PSF-140 Automatic quantitive pre-expander is developed by our factory according to EPS domestic market demand .

It is an automatic circulation foaming system composed of quantitive high-temperature pre-expander and fluidized

drying bed.This PSF-140 automatic quantitive pre-expander applies to pre-foaming for polystyrene.It is an essential

machine for foam plastic products factory.


After going through high-temperature aging treatment,the EPS beads foamed by EPS pre-expander is made to different

shaped foam packaging products and different size foam panels by EPS mould machine.Foam packaging products are used

to pack electricity,instrument,pottery,glassware and kinds of valuable fragile goods;Foam panels are ideal material of heat

insulation,sound insulation and shockproof for building,car,cold room,freezer,etc.


Main features:

1.Adopts PLC and Touch Screen to control automatic feeding,automatic measurement,automatic temperature and pressure control.

2.Temperature and steam pressure in barrel is controlled by pilot-operated reducing valves.The pilot-operated reducing

valves could ensure constant pressure at reducing valve outlet and constant temperature in EPS pre-expander barrel.The temperature error could be controlled at up and down 1 degree Celsius,which makes foam beads density uniform and anti-caking.

3.Pressure feeding device is used to improve productivity and decrease labor intensity.

4.Steam saving. Heat efficiency is high because of total enclosed EPS pre-expander barrel and constant pressure.About 50% energy saving than EPS continuous pre-expander.

5.Electricity,pneumatic elements and valves are all international brand to ensure the EPS pre-expander stable operation and long life.

6.High discharging speed and low energy consumption.High pressure fan is adopted to discharge foam beads,which makes high discharging speed and low energy consumption.

7.Memory function is set on computer.The computer could keep record of EPS material brand,specification and foaming craft parameter.When using the same brand EPS materials,the operator just choose the right button,the computer will go back to the set foam craft parameter.

8.Fluidized drying bed is optional to drying,screening,lump material crushing,and transmitting to silo storage.
